How to determine the fair market value of the Danuel House contract?
    1. House, signed when Chris Paul and Gerald Green were out with injuries, has started the past nine games with Paul and Gordon out, averaging 9.3 points on 52 percent shooting and 48.4 percent 3-point shooting as a starter.
    2. In 22 games played so far this season, Danuel House Jr. is averaging 8.3 points and 3.6 rebounds in 23.9 minutes and shooting 46.3% from the floor and 36.7% on his 3.6 attempts from downtown. In his time on the floor, House has an offensive rating of 114.3 and a defensive rating of 108.3 for an impressive net rating of +6.0.
    3. If House remains on a two-way contract, he would be a restricted free agent in the off-season.
    4. At this moment Rockets team has 9 guaranteed contracts $138 million dollars for 2019-2020 season.

I believe that House prefers to sign a minimum salary for this season and sign new contract in summer. What will happen could be different.

Like Gary Clark's, except with no guaranteed years after this one.

You really do post too much.

Danuel House is a pure Houstonian and I hope he retires a Rocket.

This would be a great start.

Signing House is great but in terms of winning this year, we still need major pieces on this team.

If Bryce Harper can get 10 years, I think House should too. Get 'er done Murray

Whatever the contract, he'll be playing with House money.

I don't agree with this one: It's Tilman's money so we don't really care.

Tilman has a very tight budget. With Paul and Knight contracts, Morey has to save every penny. If House signs one year 6 million contract with crazy Cavs or Kings in July, Morey is not going to match the offer. Therefore House has to sign at least 2-year contract.

I don't know, but they're taking way too freaking long with it. The MLE is decreasing every day. WTF are they waiting for?

There is a good chance he would sign only this season and next season. Green gets pay cut. It's hard to pay him more than Green.

Probably on paper with text and signatures, but knowing Rockets we will use Rocket Mortgage for this House.

Can he become an UFA, if he doesn't take the Rox offer?

I mean he plays out the 45 days thing, does that make him an UFA?

If that is an option he should do that, he is a player in this league.

Do we? We're missing our 2nd and 4th best players. When they get back we won't see much of guys like Ennis or Clark. I would like to see us get 1 '3 and D' guy that can play 3/4. Other than that we're good.

That assumes CP3 comes back healthy. If not then we're not contenders without another star.

What if House's agent insists that he wants 5 million dollars contract for this season and next season?
