This season has been amazing... looking forward to all of those draft picks and money we will have to fix this team.

Here is the breakdown: The Projected cap will be at $190 Million. We can cut both Kevin Johnson and DT to have about $76 million in cap. With the move to cut Lamar Miller, the Texans can have about $82 million in cap space.

Own Free Agents: Kareem Jackson, Clowney, Mathieu,Peters, Webster, Covington, and Fairiban.

Lets assume that we don't franchise tag any of these players. Even though I think KJ, TM, and JD are all candidates for it..... We possibly every one for about $45 million bucks. Leaving us with $37 million dollars.

Our areas of needs are DBs and Oline. We have a stock full of draft picks. And will have more than enough money to scour The FA market.

    Remember the name: L. Bell.

The Texans are really close to glory. Our QB has just started to come out of his shell. Our top WRs are among the best in the NFL. If not the best DUO. We have an exception slot WR.

We will have the ability to draft some stud Oline, projected picks have other teams picking different positions before us.

Watson, Bell, Hopkins, Fuller, Keke.... and a decent Oline. Sky is the limit for this team.

We can also use trades, picks, and cap $$ to sign or get other top tier Dbs in the NFL. One name, which i doubt, Jalen Ramsey, price might be steep. But well worth it. Lets see what happens.

Good times are here. Thank GOD.

I'm really excited now we have Watson on board, but we have to protect him.
Oline is a must and CBs like you said.
Just heard a stat that highlights the need for a good line for him - he is ranked 2nd out of all QBs with 5 years or less experience in the league in the pocket with a 102 rating. Only Mahomes is higher.
Thing with Watson is, he has accomplished his number while under much more pressure than Mahomes so just how good is Watson?
    The sky is the limit.

No matter what happens the Texans need to bring back Kareem Jackson, Clowney, Mathieu, Covington, and the kicker. The most expendable of the bunch being Covington, but all of the rest are not immediately replaceable and their loss would set the team back significantly.

    5 star thread.

Draft maybe 2 o-lineman from Wisconsin. Lots of O-line talent in the draft. Cody Ford is someone to watch as well as Greg Little.

Watching closely what Arizona will do with Patrick Peterson. Have eyes on Ramsey as well.

WR is still a need and possibly RB.

I agree with everything you said except for Bell and I would like to cut Kevin Johnson.

Kevin Johnson can be shown the door as well.

That's a given IMO, the kid just can't stay healthy and even when he is healthy, he's not good enough for how many years he's been in the league. Probably the second easiest cut behind DT

    Why not bell?

With the weapons we have.... and hopefully a better oline... he will make our offense possibly the best in the NFL.

Forgot about PP... he is more likely to get traded here than JR.

I dont think WR is a need with fuller and keke back...but i see us picking a WR or from the FA market.

Agree to that point about Bell making us the most explosive offense. But just scared about investing that much money into a RB. Not to mention the injury factor. We need depth...we are already a top heavy team.

I hope the coaching is about to watch this Miami vs Wisconsin game coming on. They should play close attention to Wisconsin's offensive line. Namely Benschawel and Deiter.

Wouldn’t be surprised if gaine is at the game in person.

I'm liking how Wisconsin's RB Jonathan Taylor is looking.

Big Ten OL, can't go wrong. Even the bad ones are decent.

Now that applewhite has been fired he would be a good OC with his back ground of working with mobile QB's and the read option.
