Harrell was taken 4yrs after Parsons, and probably gets some 6MOY or MIP votes this year. So, Morey still gets credit for that pick, despite putting him the CP3 trade.

I totally understand the waiver. Don't like it. But we're pursuing major moves, we need as much salary add possible to aggregate at the deadline AFTER this upcoming trade and Qi was non-guaranteed so his salary wouldn't have counted in a trade aggregate. So I totally understand it in light of the upcoming move.

And if we mitigate his loss by signing Bruno then that'll be good. Bruno is ready and still has star level potential. I don't want to lose him.

And who knows.....after we make this next move maybe we can sign Qi back.
