I bet these Rockets don't hang out together. They seem like a split team. You have to be together to do great things...not go your own way. They aren't on the same page. We need an index seek...not a table scan. Create that clustered index, Rockets! Else, get deleted b****es!

 

Yeah, tonight was an embarrassment.

I've been pretty patient with the struggles. Bad shooting, injuries or a general lack of quality personnel. Tonight was just a team that was unfocused, and flat out looked like they didn't care.

Just awful.

He's right. And this season is looking less than great, and I don't see why I should be hopeful for the next few seasons featuring basically the same core with different fringe guys rounding out the bench.

Working the trade machine like crazy to come up with a way to dump CP3 contract so we can embrace the tank for a year then try to retool before Harden declines, but it's not easy. That contract for a guy his age who's on the decline and a part time player? Shiiit.

I was wondering if a Fultz/CP3 deal could work but it can't. Tried a CP3 to LAL deal but that can't work either. Unfortunately there just aren't enough bad contracts out there to match up with CP3.

 

Rockets have been at rock bottom 3 times this season.

 

if the offense isn't there then I can live with that. What I can't live with is the pathetic, non-existent, no effort defense. Joe Ingles - every time we play the Jazz he gets wide open jumper after jumper. Play some f*&$^ defense for crying out loud.

He's absolutely right, i'll say this again, i was really sad/pissed we lost Trevor, i was/am a fan of the player and i know what he brought to the team, i just can't accept that swapping him with a worse player like Ennis (and he's not trash) can turn the Rockets we saw 6 months ago into what they're today. The Rockets have the MVP of the league, Chris Paul, Capela, Gordon, Tucker...these 5 players with a bunch of scrubs around should be more than enough in terms of talent to at least compete in most of the games we lost by 20/30 so far, if not to win them. The way they came out in the half today was...just not right.
