he can definitely score, i got it, right in the first post, 3 posts later i still got no clue if he can defend
Ariza From Last Year was not walking through that door no matter what. Ariza of this year looks part washed up just as LMM. We might have wrung the last productive seasons out of both of those guys.
At least 50 players are in the trade market, Wizards have 15, Cavs have 10. Morey did nothing but picking a player from G League. Timing is the key to success. If a rotation player comes late, the First Round will be a struggle due to no home court advantage. No one is sure that this current team can beat GS, Thunder, Pelicans or Spurs in the first round.
This is most likely a temporary move made to be able to keep Clark on a two-way contract a few extra days.
I didn’t see him as a star in the making.....but I did see him as better than MCW and Jerebko. If this kid can’t put better numbers than those two, then I stand corrected.
Possibly. And possible in the near future. Not certain. But...there is some synergy in the short term.
We're looking at heading into tonight's game with a 6.5-man rotation. I don't think Morey has any real expectation of House being a difference-maker or permanent member of the rotation -- but he is a warm body that can eat up a few minutes until you start to get guys healthy and/or have the opportunity to make a significant roster move. I'm looking at this signing as very similar to Gerald's last year, where we were headed to Boston with very few bodies available. If you're whining about no depth/super short rotation AND whining about this signing, you're probably just looking for a reason to whine.
House is listed as a shooting guard. Not a small forward (although maybe he can slide over in a pinch). I guess signing House either gives us a little depth (I suppose) or sets us up for a trade later on. Not that this thread is blowing up with the season-saving signing of Danuel House.
