Brandon knight and a 2021 1st rounder. Times are desperate. Phoenix will gain the added benefit of tanking for a strong upcoming draft.
bad thread bro. Ariza isnt the answer. There is no one answer . But its funny that people are going bezerk that CP3 got old ... when ariza is practically the same age.
I was hesitant to say this when Jeff B was re-acquired, but if we get Ariza back, it will be almost like when Josh Smith was traded back to the Rockets after he left for the Clippers.. The parallels to that dreaded season will be complete.
Let’s just wait Phoenix will bought him out. We just need to have space on our team to add him. MCW and chriss won’t be here for long.
This belongs in a random trade thread, and even then it would be flamed and rejected by any logical person. There is a scene in Billy Madison for this...
Love the love behind this thread. Truly. Fan underestimate how significant certain pieces are to their team's winning percentage and culture. There was so much "______ can easily take up for Ariza" and "He missed shots in the WCF." There was so little about dependability, durability, accountability and freakin' ability. Is he flawed? Of course, and so are each of us. But, as a player--a player that became "molded" into the prototype supportive 3 for this team--he was close to perfect. I can't emphasize the locker room part enough either. Anyway, you don't need to trade for Trev. He's not about losing. He'll want out of PHX soon enough. While no one can promise that he's traded to a contender, the Suns' year-after-year implosion will give him enough leverage to get out of the desert. And, I like Ennis. But, the learning curve is deep and we're not ready to be patient, especially as fans.* *Oh My damn, some of ______ rotations on defense are slower than Cosby on his way to court. XO
I have still yet to hear anything about why exactly Ariza left on the first day of free agency. There's beef somewhere. Hidden Beef.
Lol ariza. The rockets are not athletic enough. Adding an old ariza would not make a difference. The rockets would still be struggling if he was here.
Don't wait on that Ariza buyout like that Tyson Chandler buyout. Ariza will probably go to LA (or Golden State).
Ariza sucks, he's also declined heavily playing for the Suns. What this team needs is to get younger and more athletic instead of slow and bogged down.
