Great read. There are many things that PJ says here that just makes me feel even more that PJ should not be part of any trade, including Butler. He is our Draymond Green (glue guy) and frankly our leader on the defensive end. Even though Butler is a superior defender, he comes in as a star who can potentially clash with roles, responsibilities, and expectations, whereas PJ knows his role on the team and respects that.

I'd be pissed if I were PJ and got traded. He said there was a team that offered him even more money than Toronto.

    T H I C C needs to remain and retire a Rocket.

Does anybody else hate those Rockets shorts that draw attention to the package area? The first time, I saw CP wear them and I was like WTF are those? They need to stop with those.

    The Real PJ Package.

Chemistry starts on the court and continues off the court thru camaraderie.

They're not for people with small packages.

Growing up, the boys who said "I hate girls" ended up being playas when they got older. Maybe it's time to do some soul searching as to why your eyes gravitate to the package. It's ok to behave that way.. really.

    No one does.

Plus he was drafted in '16... not really considered a rookie anymore.

Maybe cause it reads ROCKETS straight across the front. If youre eyes arent drawn to that, then I guess theres no reason to brand the shorts at all, now is there? Its the same concept of Victorias Secret printing "JUICY" on the back of pink yoga pants and having people drawn to that. Your attempt to be funny has fallen just a tad bit short.

    Soul searching....? Mmmmmkay.....

Honestly, I feel this is because of the coach, it starts with him. Players like playing for him because of his easy-going, approachable nature. One thing that I heard repeatedly from the players during the media day interviews was how open the communication was between players and coaching staff. This spreads to communication and respect between players. Thank you, coach! You can win one or two games or you can build a winning culture.

We both reacted differently to the shorts. It bothered you but not me. There is certainly a difference in our psychology (not saying one is better). Instead of asking people if they are bothered by it, do you think that it maybe better if you ask yourself why you are bothered by something that is part of human anatomy?

You analogy is off. The ROCKETS logo was not designed to sexually attract folks while VS does.

The question I asked myself was "Why the hell even print there?" Never in the history of any sport has there been a team affiliated logo been placed in an "awkward" place. Human anatomy is one the very least things I want to think about while watching adult males run around in groups of 5-12, competing and perspiring.

The point of the analogy is, it still draws attention to certain areas all while intending to or not. Who are you to say it wasnt intended to sexually attract? Maybe theyre trying to draw more female fans.
