Ugh. You are so correct. Much like this BBS, he could turn a discussion of Steve Francis' assist/TO ratio into a "debate" (debate in the sense that someone like Bill O'Reilly debates, by never letting the other person talk) about how liberals are to blame for low ratios.
you didn't know that? yeah...that damn clinton changed the game entirely! fundamentals went right out the window during his administration.
You have NO idea how bad it is. When these pea-brained dimwits aren't fighting each other for a place in the line to lick Jerry Jones' viagra soaked ass, they're talking Cowboys, Cowboys, Cowboys and yet somehow manage to discuss everything but actual football. To wit: The biggest discussion over the past three days was about Dez Bryant sitting next to Jerry Jones at the Jay-Z - Beyonce concert that was held at Jerry World. This is the same Dez Bryant whom the Cows cut and is currently out of the league yet he remains the focus of attention here even though he's dumb as a box of rocks and he sucks. They steadfastly defend Randy Gregory to the last man despite overwhelming evidence that he's a pothead who cannot be depended on to be available for games. They even savagely attacked the guy who tweeted that Gregory had run into some "problems" only to find out two days later that said guy was telling the truth. Now all you hear is how poor Randy is fighting a terrible addiction (as if smoking weed is an "addiction"). They thought that the Amazon Prime All Or Nothing With The Dallas Cowboys was fantastic even though it was some of the worst video ever produced. It actually made Jason Garrett look worse which up until now, was something I thought was literally impossible. There is a collective blind spot with regards the Cowboys and it blankets 1310 The Ticket, Espn 103.3 and 105.3 The Fan. This is an organization that has won two playoff games in the past 8 years, has a doorknob head coach and an owner who sleeps with a stuffed Donald Trump pillow (orange of course) and yet they religiously parrot every piece of BS Cowboys propaganda that seeps out from "The Star". It's like listening to the radio version of 1984 only with zombiefied Cowboys sychophants. And I thought Josh Innes sucked...
Who was the guy who came on laaate night, (not Arnie Spanier, after him and before Art Bell iirc, what a timeslot) who just 110% hated Houston, Houston fans, Houston teams, Houston players, Houston callers, all of it?
To the point: Russ Small came up as a one-time Momentum BMW sales rep on google, but he's not listed on their website anymore.
Bob Something? IIRC he was from LA and all I can think about is Bill Plaschke, which is not something you really ever want to do.
The guy who is our lieutenant governor was a radio personality in Houston. He talked sports on the radio around the time the Rockets won the first championship...in fact, I can remember listening to that as I drove to an internship at the Houston Chronicle the morning of Game 7 and him saying he was positive the Rockets were going to win that night. I actually met him through a public relations/promotion campaign the Chronicle did in connection with the Rockets that summer around the whole "Believe It" slogan. He was nothing but kind to me, and at that time I had a very high opinion of him. His politics now bug the crap out of me.
