Watson wasn't nowhere close to The Great.

You can always tell who the fake fans were. They rarely post and as soon as the guy has one bad game they come out of the woodwork to start bashing him.

You could say that some of this was because Deshaun made it happen.

Either way, maybe this game was just a fluke and he was rusty. Only time will tell.

I don’t mind bad games. It happens from time to time. Just the way he acted after a bad game has me worried.

You, keep that same energy after week 2.

It was the butt hurt reply tweet to patdstat. It was posted a few pages back- "Keep that same energy"

People, its okay to criticize the James Hardens, JJ Watts, Carlos Correas and Deshaun Watsons of the world. Nobody is infallible.

True it's okay to criticize a player but Deshaun has been getting more than a player with one bad game should be getting.

Totally agree. It’s just overreaction Monday all week.

DW will bounce back, there is no substitute for game reps. It is just not the same as practice. Think of all the factors that contributed to his performance: completely new offensive line, no Fuller, year long rehab from major injury, few reps in preseason, and most of all, the NE Patriots.

Well, he was responding to a critique of his flat feet that cause balls to sail. So, he responded with "Keep that same energy"- pretty much telling patdstat to 'keep being negative'. He deleted it shortly after, probably realizing he was being butt hurt.

I hope this fuels him to be better. He seems like the kind of kid that takes these things to heart and will get better from them.

Just needs to learn to respond on the field and let his play do the talking.

I know this is not directed at me. If so you need to chill the bleep out.

Yall kill me with this fake fan bullshit. When any player has a great game I'm one of the first to give props. If they have a bad game I will post that as well. So move the bleep around with that garbage.

Most definitely. I believe he will bounce back. He just look very uneasy and unsure of himself. Bill O'Brien needs to let him loose.
