    It is only a matter of time until all of this implodes... the only question is who the owner blames... how long Gramps hangs on to to his mortal coil and how bad they mismanage Watson.

    Gaine and BOB just hoping for lightning in a bottle.... and that Watson turns it on and covers the multitude of roster and coaching inadequacies well enough that they can con the McNair’s into not doing something haste if the fans turn quickly.

    Wright has been done wrong by many a receiver in the league throughout his career. I just don't see what the Texans are doing here. At least we can play the "blame Gaine" if and when it all goes wrong.

    Always seemed to me like the NFL was the most nepotistic of all the sports leagues. Just a bunch of good ole boys hiring other good ole boys that they’re familiar with. Happens in the front office, happens with coaching, and happens with players. Familiarity breeds contentment rather than competency, and I wonder how long it’s gonna be before the league evolves.

    I’ve seen nothing from O’Brien or Gaine to suggest that they are anything different.
