I tho kn his first ten years were fine. His last ten years of owning it were meh. Thought he was decent in the community. Wasn’t crazy about his animal rights ****, but whatever. So far, I’m alright so far with him.

 

He had beef with Utah...remember his story about sitting with rowdy fans in SLC during the 95 playoffs?

 

He inherited the team that Steve Patterson built and then fired him at the beginning of the season.
Then gave Patterson no credit.

That's like Tilman not giving Morey zero credit for last years team.

People need to understand the FULL HISTORY of the Rockets, not just the Cliff Notes.

Agree 100%. I do not care for his restaurants. While I have not been to all of them, the ones I have been to are way overpriced for the quality of the food. I do not mind paying a lot for really good food so my complaint is mainly with his quality. I also once got the worst service I have EVER received at a Saltgrass. That was literally the only time in my life I did not leave a tip. I have not been back to one of his restaurants since that terrible experience. As for his time as owner of the Rockets, I give him a big thumbs up!!!

 

What if questions are irrelevant distractions because people don’t want to hear the truth

All the major ingredients to the championship team happened under the previous regime

And moving Houston’s championship trophies with you because profiting 2 billion dollars is not enough
Shows you are just a greedy east coast bond salesman owner

I would remove the murals of his face all over Toyota center until he returns the trophies to the people of Houston

 

Those trophies belong to the team, not one owner. He inherited that team anyway, **** Les.

 

Exactly that also means we can't say whether or not Tilman is better than Les because both inheireted the teams. Les is just as responsible for the championship team as much as Tillman is responsible for the current team. It's way too early to judge how Tilman is doing.

Is Les planning on selling the trophies at a later date? If they are just in the corner it’s not like he is enjoying them as a prominent achievement. They are technically his so how much do you think it will take for him to part with them. (Should fandom somehow send Dream to inquire?) Should Tillman have negotiated to keep the trophies? One would think Les would have left them with the franchise. What is the value of these trophies?
