Without Giles, we wouldn't have been able to get Osuna, right? Or it would have taken more prospects to get him. Blame the Blue Jays for not doing enough scouting on Giles. Or not providing warnings for Osuna when his life started to unravel last year (I believe multiple girlfriends).
Air Cupping Therapy is great for Anxiety problems, I hope the Astros use that method for Osuna. The Rockets use that Treatment for Harden sore Shoulder. Harden respects that Therapy.

Giles value was very very low on the Astros. He had to be combined with one previously highly rated prospect (Paulino), and another pretty good prospect; for a guy whom no other team wanted to touch with a 10 mile pole... I think Giles can be fixed, but he’s going to have to be patient and humble himself. His height of competition is probably the 8th inning; can he accept it? Thinking he can tell off his coach was troubling. If you are snapping at your coach, you better have the GM in your back pocket. If you are telling off your GM, you better have your owner in the palm of your hand. If you are chewing out your owner, you better have the commissioner in your speed dial... Poor Giles, I had high hopes for him. But he’s probably merely a setup man, like he was in Philly. At the time of that trade, I didn’t think he was cheap, good thing none of the players Astros sent out haven’t been much better. A player just has to have the right mind frame to be a closer; if not they can implode.
This exactly. If Giles and Osuna was a one-for-one trade, then it wouldve been an even trade, but it wasnt. It was our trash plus two prospects for someone elses trash plus all the backlash from the media, that their trash came with.
