Should We be Worried About Harden's Body?

    After browsing the "Harden Working Out in Arizona" thread, it has come to light that Harden is looking a little pudgy. Many say he is bulking and will cut before the season. Some think he had an 'MVP hangover.' It's probably a little of both...

    Here is Harden now:

    Harden will never have that adonis body type. Over his ten year career I have faith he'll stick to his routine that has led to continual improvements each of his past six years as a Rocket. The only hangover season he had I blame on Khloe and that whole mess.

    No. We are NOT worried.

    He's not a model.

    Harden has a body type that does not look particularly cut and has to be super gaunt, supplemented, & coupled with lots of weight training to even begin to look athletic.

    Aint worried one f'n bit.

    You shouldn't be too worried. He's there for boxing training. That's the best exercise.

    And mma fighters don’t?. Where is the logic in that.

    Weight cutting is the same as boxing, infact mma has a big problem with weight cutting as many are either missing weight or getting sick.

    I really hope he is going to burn a lot of that weight by season start. Not so much for cardiovascular reasons but carrying that extra weight means higher chance of lower body injuries. And considering how he looked last year at the same time, this doesn't exactly bode well for his MVP defense.
