    Ariza was the Shandon Anderson of the 2010's. Double Agent player sabotaging the Rockets with mediocre, inconsistent play.

    Why are you guys so obsessed with Ariza?

    Clutchfans has the propensity to severely overrate the most mediocre players. Let some of you tell it, De'Anthony Melton is a future hall of famer.

    Not a HOFer, but I am high on Melton. People keep mentioning Courtney Lee in trade talks. I think Melton is better than old Courtney Lee right now. He's a young Courtney Lee clone with perhaps worse shooting and better defense. But his shooting looks to be much improved. We'll see.

    I think that people would have been rather sour about keeping Ariza for around 15 million, if that's what he was being offered.

    What are you basing this off of? Summer League?

    I remember when John Lucas absolutely dominated summer league...as well as dominating in college..

    How'd his career turn out?

    Carmelo is signing for the minimum, so they were able to sign both. They chose not to because Ariza at $15m is not good spending. We will be fine.
