    If he is indeed making 35 million a year, then that is just 10 percent. I'm cool with that. However, when he stops making that much money, do they adjust the payments?

    I think they should adjust the payments. I had a friend who was getting money back from the mom because of an error, he over paid for years!

    First off Blake Griffin is an absolute moron for getting into such a stupid situation. That said, 258k a month is beyond unreasonable. Idc how rich someone is, it doesnt take 258k a month to raise a kid. At the very least, the law should make sure the chick isnt getting a cent of that money. All expenses should be tracked and only for the kid. Savings should be set aside...

    Why does the kid deserve anything. Blake should support the basics like food, clothes, etc., but not extravagant lifestyle. You end up with some spoiled trust fund baby.

    I still think it's a issue even if he earns 35 mil a year. What is he earns 100 mil a year, does the wife get 10 mil in child support. Is the kid going to be eating diamonds as cereal for breakfast.

    It's such a inefficient way of doing things because you know the kids won't even see half of that, it's just going to the baby mama buying purses and lambos.

    child support should be capped at some point, and if they want to give more to the kid, it should be set up in a trust fund
