Well, we all knew Harden would win the MVP this year. All that talk about LBJ deserving to win was just that: talk. While I'm pleased that Harden won this award and all the recognition that accompanies it (wholehardedly deserved), I must confess that I am rather lukewarm to the MVP award because my sole interest in the Rockets is wanting them to win another title. As such, I'm left with an empty feeling about the 2017-18 season.
Agreed. It weirdly would have been more enjoyable had he won in one of the other years -- we were good, but a nice playoff run was really all anyone could realistically expect. This year, we fell just short, one half away...twice.
PJ has spent a lot of time with Harden.... I have no idea how close they are, but I do know on the road, as the season went on they were together a lot off the court and now this off season they have spent a lot of time together. Not a bad mix to have together.... PJ is tough as nails and isn't going to kiss Harden's ass.
I think their love of fashion is what brought them together. They like showing up together at the arena in sort of a fashion cat walk. Both being single probably helps too. More freedom. Good brotherhood.
Oh hey, finally the MVP goes to the best player on the best team again. Weird how that happens. Well deserved Harden, well deserved. Now Harden needs to devote time into being a lock down shooter off the ball and we'll have an even more dangerous team.
So, we all just going to ignore this post from @Snow Villiers? I have so many questions, but I dare not ask.
PJ saw that 24 Hour Fitness hooper Bobby Brown made a career out of being nice to Harden. PJ is smart.
