If y'all created it first why was no litigation filed? (assuming there wasn't)

We sold the company to Tiger Telematics, and that included the IP, when Guitar Hero came out, Gizmondo was in liquidation/bankruptcy, I have the MTV contract here in my office, have considered suing but game TYPES are not copyrightable, thus all the different FPS games etc.

I still own a piece of this, and have a deal for the rights, some day, when I am done with Descent, I may try to resurrect it.

That's pretty cool that you had the idea first, sucks it didn't work out.

Was this before or after Bust A Groove game out?

Pretty sure Guitar Hero and DDR were heavily influenced by that the most.

As has been clearly proven you had nothing to do with Guitar Hero.

My father was a relentlessly self-improving boulangerie owner from Belgium with low grade narcolepsy and a penchant for buggery. My mother was a fifteen year old French prostitute named Chloe with webbed feet. My father would womanize, he would drink, he would make outrageous claims like he invented the Guitar Hero.
Sometimes he would accuse chestnuts of being lazy, the sort of general malaise that only the genius possess and the insane lament. My childhood was typical, summers in Rangoon, luge lessons. In the spring we'd make meat helmets. When I was insolent I was placed in a burlap bag and beaten with reeds, pretty standard really. At the age of 12 I received my first scribe. At the age of fourteen, a Zoroastrian named Vilma ritualistically shaved my testicles. There really is nothing like a shorn scrotum, it's breathtaking, I suggest you try it.

    I think I like this game more than Guitar Hero . . . ..
Probably because I suck at Guitar Hero . . but I'm not a gamer anyway

I left that after 2 years to do my own thing.

Tons, I need it all, so much attention......actually I just found the article interesting and I know we have talked about it here in the hangout.....thought I would show I was not full of crap....at least on this.....

And this is a thread about failure, we didn't get it done, they did...
