Forrest did lose a lot of weight, you should see his before and after pictures, he looks like a model now. Girls are screaming in crowds.

80-game PED suspensions also come with a 1-postseason ban. Drug of abuse 50-gamers do not.

Some stimulants can have a postseason ban.

Right, the ones that are considered PEDs and get you an 80-game suspension.

Even if it's not Peds, we're talking about a life long chronic brain disease if this guy is addicted. It's not good. And getting suspended is pretty much the definition of addiction.

I think you’re a little presumptuous here. On all counts. Especially the last one.

Getting suspended is not "pretty much the definition of addiction." That is absolutely ridiculous.

This is the stupidest thing I've read today (and I read the news this morning), but I've only been back home on the internet for 10 minutes.

You do know that he took an adderall. 1 adderall. Once.

And this is called denial. You got caught taking the drug, you were suspended for taking the drug, and you though it was worth losing your job over to do it, And you lost millions in cash to do it. You've got physical and behavioral signs. If you ever wanted a sign of addiction that's it. It's like blaring red all over the place. Didn't the Chronicle do a piece on just this and Aubrey Huff and how his life went to drizzle.

In this instance, pertaining to this one person, you really do not know even remotely what the **** you are talking about. So just stop.

By that logic, any person who's ever been suspended for anything remotely substance related... is an addict. And apparently nobody recovers from these instances... they just go to "drizzle", whatever that is.

You're making the asinine "Carlos Correa doesn't hit long HR's" viewpoint look like phd dissertation stuff compared to this viewpoint.

In what way did he lose millions in cash or lose his job?

Take this for what it’s worth. I am a GM of a business and I live in San Antonio. Before Whitleys suspension one of my employees, who is a huge baseball fan (SF Giants fan), knows that I am a Houston sports fanatic. He let me know that he had hungout and smoked bud with Forrest Whitley through mutual friends. Forrest was the one that brought a blunt. Of course I can’t know with certainty but my employee is not one to boast about stuff like this regularly and if you’ve seen the few posts I have, I am not one to claim any inside info or anything of the sort. My thinking was it was mar1juana that he tested positive for. Just thought I’d share that.
