Hope the issue is just mental and a few days off to clear his head will help. I don't think I've seen a guy do a complete 180 in his level of play like Luc has this season. That 2nd shoulder separation may not have been as bad as the first but it definitely got into his head. We're gonna need Luc throughout the rest of this series so I hope he'll eventually get it together.
At this point, any points he scores is a bonus... We just need his length on D, especially since the refs gonna take Ariza out the game early....
He finally got one last night. Hopefully that gets him going. It goes without saying that he needs to hit those easy buckets and he gets his fair share of easy attempts.
He should just lay everything out there and don't play hesitant. If he is done after 1 or 2 games, so be it.
Luc is on a min contract with possible surgery in the off-season. Not saying he's thinking of it over winning, but it's gotta be floating in his head somewhere, and that's holding him back from being fully confident and putting it all in the floor.
Easy for us to say, but the dude doesn't have a contract for next year. If I were Tilman, I'd go to his house and personally guarantee him another 1-year if he ends up separating the shoulder again. Seems like something Cuban would do.
If you're to ask me, I'd get Clint to send Prince custom order Tchalla shoes and feed him purple Vibranium drink. I'm no doctor, but I play one on TV
I’m not sure if he should be playing. He missed 3 lay ups last night while guarding Kevin Looney on the other end. He should only be in the game if he’s guarding KD/Thompson.
Agreed. HE has to worry about his own future. I think some guarantees would go a long way Rocket River
I am ok with not playing dude..... we did just fine without him..... we will see... i trust mike dan tony.
