Rockets did not play a smart game in game 1.

Need more drive and kick out with the ball moving around the perimeter. That's a staple of this offense and it happened very little.

We need to trap a bit more and be more aggressive in defending passing lanes. Turnovers can have a big impact in taking away their passing game and forcing them to play a bit more one on one.

Well, the reason we say it is because sometimes it's true. Game 2 vs Utah for example. The Rockets for most of that game played as poorly as they could(especially defensively) while the Jazz were shooting lights out from downtown. Things reverted to the mean in Game 3 and the Rockets won in a blowout.

And not coincidentally, the refs in Game 2 vs Utah were the same as the ones in Game 1 vs Golden State.

Will be there. First playoff game since Harden’s first year here.

    We will win.

I think they pass and cut too quickly for trapping to be totally effective, I can see that leading to swing passing around the perimeter to find the open 3 for them. I do like creating a miss match on the drive or post up, playing inside out. JJ could get them into a bad switch on say Thompson, back down, back down, force the defense to cheat, then JJ kicks it out to the cheaters original man in the corner.

Nene, and possibly even Luc, need to be done in this series, against this team.

Luc seems like more a froggy than a prince in these playoffs

Man, nobody notices but Draymond, is really the one who gives us the most issues, not Durant, not Curry, not Klay. We have to figure him out.

    Let Zhou Qi guard Durant

Just tell his tall ass to just put his hands straight up at all times PJ is clearly at a height disadvantage

Fluke game. Rockets will hit 18 threes and have another boring Toyota Center victory.
