I'm not an expert on the cap but lets say hypothetically we were only able to afford one of LeBron or Capela, assuming Capela gets close to a max contract this summer, who would you rather want on this team?

Keep note that Capela is only 23 years old and gets substantially better every season while LeBron probably only has a few years in his prime left at most. Personally I think it will be much more difficult to replace Capela's impact on this team but how can you deny the best player of this era if he wants to come here?

I don't really think I would want him on this team even if it didn't cost us Capela.

Sounds like the Rockets are backing off of LeBron James per leaked reports. Latest questioning if LeBron
    fits the Rockets schemes.

Coincidentally as Capela has taken strides in improvement.

I don't want Capela to leave, but he will never become a superstar. Lebron gets my vote.

PG13 might be a better fit in our system( can defense and 3 balls)

How many times has this been asked?

It all just depends on what happens when it happens. You don’t have to give up Capela to get Lebron if we are lucky enough for him to want to come to Hou.

The way Lebron is playing with Cleveland this postseason I have a feeling he stays there for one last mega contract. They have the ability to make that team much better this Summer and have some young players get better.

On its face value though yeah I think every GM would trade Clint Capela for Lebron James... are you nuts?

This is one of the stupidest question of all threads.
Warriors needed to break up a 73 wins team to get KD to defeat LeBron's team in the NBA final. why won't Rockets get LeBron James to win one?

LBJ + DJ = $60M, plus luxury taxes

    Harden + CP3 + LBJ + DJ = $120M

    NBA 2019-20 salary cap = $109 million

    DJ is a dodo.

I do not want that low IQ player on my team.

And then you have his FT shooting liability. Ugh...

    Stay way!

    Hell yea, you're talking LBJ.

Maybe we can do a sign and trade of Ryno, EG, and Joe Chee 3 1st round pick for LBJ

Of course you have to take LeBron. Capela is a really good center, an awesome surprise, maybe even an all-star next season... LBJ is in the conversation for GOAT and is still putting up the same numbers and playoff performance as always.
