I can deal with hearing Hubies predictable phrase. I cannot deal with watching Rynos predictable catch-a-pass-just-to-throw-it-right-back move behind the arc.

I don't think he's rooting for those teams. I think the Rockets were destroying those teams and he was rooting for a competitive basketball game.

You could be right, but if that's what he's doing, Hubie needs to make that clear. He often sounded like he was rooting for the Jazz yesterday, whether he meant to or not. After a while, it got kind of irritating.:(

I don't get why he has to finish each sentence or train of thought with a statistic.

Now look..there you go...I went to the restroom 3x this morning and pooped once..
    That's a 33% poop rate..#3rd in my nursing home..

no one wants to hear all these numbers!! it's overwhelming. I just want to watch basketball with some crowd noises.

    There you don't go!

    Hubie Brown suffers knee injury

CLEVELAND -- ESPN Radio broadcaster and Basketball Hall of Famer Hubie Brown was injured shortly before Game 4 of the NBA Finals and was taken to a nearby hospital with an apparent knee injury.

The 84-year-old Brown was checked out by doctors in the arena and will not work the game between the Cavaliers and Golden State Warriors as an analyst.

"Hubie was injured when he bumped his knee on a table during pregame," ESPN said in a statement. "He's in good spirits and being treated by the medical staff on site. He hopes to return to the ESPN Radio booth if there is a Game 5."

Per Brian Windhorst, 'Hubie was at the radio table & banged his knee, tore a ligament & is at the Cleveland Clinic where he'll have surgery.'

He’s said plenty of nice things about houston teams over the years and is a former coach thats knowledgable about the game.

Ive heard him say “there ya go” when houston scores too lol. He just usually takes the perspective of talking about what the losing team has to do to get back in the game.

We werent the losing team most games this year lol

Hubie is awesome. True pro and I’ve learned a lot from his commentary and play by play breakdowns...

This is a bit TMI, but I always picture him saying that, eyes rolling back in his head, ABC intern below him. It's terrible, I know, I just had to share. I really, really wish he would stop saying that...

Giving an 84 year old man a multi year extension? Makes the CP3 deal look a little better I guess...
