The Ravens don't have a competent QB....so what is there to like about them?

    http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000926782/article/ravens-showing-most-interest-in-dez-bryant

Baltimore has shown the most interest in Bryant since he was released by Dallas last Friday, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported, via a source informed of the situation.

"They signed Michael Crabtree earlier in the offseason," Rapoport explained on Monday's edition of NFL Total Access. "They still are looking to add a receiver. There is a lot to like about the Baltimore Ravens and Dez Bryant. Keep an eye on that one."

While the potential Crabtree-Bryant pairing would give Joe Flacco a stupendous red-zone arsenal, it might also leave Baltimore with one of the slowest starting receiving duos in the league.

The Ravens aren't the only team showing interest in Bryant, however. The Bills have been interested from the beginning, per Rapoport, but it "just does not seem like that's going to happen."

The Saints are also a possibility, Rapoport added, but they don't figure to be as aggressive as Baltimore.

Considering general manager Ozzie Newsome's lengthy track record of attempting to extract value out of declining receivers, it's easy to imagine Bryant corralling Flacco's passes in 2018. Even before the Crabtree addition, Newsome's affinity for veteran wideouts featured fliers on Mike Wallace, Jeremy Maclin, Steve Smith, Anquan Boldin, Lee Evans and Derrick Mason.

Dez needs to get that revenge factor out his head. Eli is washed up. Come play for a future super star in DW4.

Ravens got Crabtree. Don’t know if they’ll get Dez too.

Also don’t know the Ravens opponents but we play the cowboys next season

If he signs with Baltimore, that tells me the Texans never had any interest in signing him. There is literally zero reason to pick the Ravens over the Texans unless A) the Texans never make an offer or B) the Ravens overpay by a mile.

In some ways, yes. You improve the receiver corps to where there's usually someone open, it makes it easier to block.

you think so.. Mcclain always seems to want to confirm the opposite of what the fans expect/want.. Its so weird..

to me if players are texting him/recruiting, is because they have confirmation from Texans front office.
It would be so weird that he says k to Hopkins and any other Texans players, only to have the front office say no we are not interested..

As a rule I discount any predictions that Pancakes makes, he's dead on when reporting what HAS happened, but fairly terrible at predicting what WILL happen.....to the point where the opposite of what he thinks WILL happen is more likely.
