You guys probably knew this, but Daryl Morey helped to write and produce a musical and it opens this Friday. I did a write up for it for ClutchFans to preview the show and talked to Daryl in the process. I'll be doing a longer story about it next week after opening night. Take a look... I still want to know what Morey's original outline/idea was that Mickel "very smartly threw away." Also, is there a Chinese reporter in the play who only wants to ask questions about Yao Ming, despite the Lilliputians not even know who Yao is.
There is a thread in the hangout, but I think it’s a good idea to have one here too. I’d like to see Clutchfans go out and support this limited run. Get behind Morey and Batman here. These guys are crazy passionate about theater and I believe this will be a great show. As I stated in the other thread, got my ticket for May 12th. I’d like to meet anyone willing to do so at the show. If not the 12th, just find A date that works for you. DO IT!!!!
Planning on going on double date with my friend and our wives. The only thing is the opening night is sold out and also the night after the regular season ends is sold out. So waiting for the playoff schedule to drop so we can decide which evening we will get out there.

Got my tickets for Saturday. When I got them I was worried about missing an important thunder game but now we have clenched, I don’t mind recording it.
Went tonight, saw Daryl Morey walk in. Said hello to him and he just kind of walked straight to the back behind the curtain. Great musical, I highly recommend!
