Just thinking about the follow through on a shot. I use the two middle fingers for balance. Pretty amazing.

Gerald Green is an extremely talented basketball player, he just hasn't been handled right and has had very little coaching or structure. He went to a HS that no longer exists, it was a scam and they taught him literally nothing in the class room or out. He then went straight to the NBA where they did not have time to coach him and he bounced around.

Had he gone to a normal high school and played at a solid college for a couple years, he likely would be an all star level player.

He has overall been a success, he has cobbled together around $20,000,000 in his career but he could have been so much more.

Didn't know this. However, I did know about Davis Bertans of Spurs. Same finger on same right side. They talked about during one of our games vs Spurs.

Greens is a shorter finger though.

In the case of Green and (Jimmy Fallon- his was saved through multiple complex microsurgeries) - be careful w/ metal rings on your fingers - degloving due to metal rings getting snagged. Try silicone "breakaway" rings. Rip the ring off not your finger

    Bertans was a saw injury.

I’m not seeing anything in that picture, isn’t that a normal three celebration?

I'm not sure if this story is true or not, but I do know GG and Harden are pretty close. Gerald was smart to ask Harden for Adidas gear (or maybe he got it himself?) early and for repping Harden's signature shoes. It actually got Gerald Green a multi-year Adidas deal which I think is cool for a guy who was at home a few months ago to not only be in the NBA but getting a shoe deal.

I had heard people talking about this, but I thought it was just a joke or something. I think it's pretty incredible that someone can play pro basketball with a messed up finger. I also had no idea that he can only dunk (palm) with his left hand.

I knew about the finger, but I didn't know about palm with his left hand. Go Gerald Go!

Boston and Phoenix both sold foam fingers in honor of his lost digit.
