    Per 36 might be a flawed stat, but so is comparing Player A who plays 29mpg and Player B who plays 14mpg and saying Player A hits twice as many shots. Plus, I’m not projecting Speights as a starter if we acquire him. I’m comparing him to Anderson’s current role as a reserve floor-spacing big man. He’s honestly not that much worse and can play the same role on offense.

    You think Gordon, Harden, and Ariza are shooting us out of games by taking so many threes, but I disagree. Like it or not, threes are our offense. MDA was hoping we could take 60 threes a game. We’re #1 in PPG and offensive rating with this philosophy so in my opinion it works. Ryno’s scoring rate is low and he doesn’t contribute enough on the defensive end or the boards to make up for it. He can be replaced. I didn’t even mention his salary, no need to be defensive.

    I think I’ve derailed the game thread enough though. Let’s agree to disagree and just root for team against the team against the Twolves tonight. Good day to you!

    he is right. Per 36 is a misleading stat

    Naz Mitrou-Long is averaging 108ppg going by the Per 36 stat
