Nene is good when he comes off a rest period but if you over play considering all his alignments he just struggles that is why I want favors even though he has his own injury riddled history as well.

Anderson and Ariza for Favors, Johnson, and Sefolosha? Do you do it? I say yes...

Nene is old and he’s on borrowed time. Capela has games where he’s in foul trouble early, which causes the Rockets to use Nene or Black for extended periods, which hurts the Rockets defensively and offensively.

Favors is tough and wouldn’t be a bad option either as a backup to Capela and depending on who the Rockets play in the playoffs, to start, with Anderson off the bench with the second unit, should he be here after the deadline.

No unless you are ok with Luc being a permanent starter and a old JJ getting huge backup minutes.

I’d do it, but would the Rockets & Jazz agree?

Think about the relief from Ryno's contract as well. Don't forget about GG getting more minutes too...

Getting rid of Anderson’s contract is a victory in itself, getting a couple of players that could help the Rockets right away, I would do it in a heartbeat.

    Losing Ariza would suck.

Always loved Joe Johnson. Clutch and another guy who can create or spot up and hit the 3 efficiently.

LeBron would get every young Laker traded for win now players so he would't have to worry about Lavar.

I would hope he would be more flexible in his twilight years.

The problem with LBJ and Rockets or Lakers is that the other team is the Lakers. The way they are currently constructed LBJ would never consider. That means the Lakers will try to acquire Paul George/Kawhi or the like and another star and then build a full roster around Lebron with all of the ring chasers in place as well to follow and then officially sign LBJ. Houston will be waiting on the sidelines and potentially miss out on another player that would be good enough to win a championship with. We have missed out on players waiting around for Lebron once already, we could potentially lose a player of Paul George's caliber by waiting for Lebron.

Utah would have to want Anderson and I don't think that's the case. They should, his shooting would space for Gobert very well, but the contract is a killer. You can match the salaries sure but Ryan is still there for minimum 1.5 years at 20mill. Then consider Trevor is clearly Harden and Paul's boy, he ain't going anywhere. We really need the cap space. Anderson a first and a second for JJ and Favors. Then we have the option to re-sign JJ or pursue Paul George while dangling a max contract and the most fun offense in the league as well as the best backcourt in the NBA.

If giving up a first and second then the target should be Aaron Gordon. Even Utah is interested in moving Favors, Hood and picks for AG. For good reason.

Ariza's virtually untouchable. Waaay too valuable to this team, on and off the floor.

Yes I would love it if we get capella some help on the boards. That’ll shore up our defense perfectly.
