Why are we reading a non Max Kellerman take?

Oh, that's right, it's actually written by someone who isn't paid to have a fake opinion.

Awesome. Thanks for the insight Clutch. I like hearing little things like Tillman coming into the locker room and ego wanting to see the stats.

Glad your doing these write ups a bit more frequently again.

I want to believe Harden has his "MVP Moment" like Clutch says, though it's hard to believe that's the case when the Cavs are in absolute disarray, yet Lebron is still the leader for a majority of media members right now. We shall see.

I like this write up - thanks Clutch! I agree that it's tough on GG not to get some PT but maybe with this "10 man" rotation, he'll be involved. We need him when the offense is stagnating and no one is hitting their shot.

He's this boxing analyst ESPN hired when their top antagonist Skip Bayless left for Fox.
They are on this show called First Take which is basically a show for Stephen A Smith to follow a formula to gain ratings.

    It goes like this,
    Sports Topic

    Stephen A: Yells his point
Max: Makes sure he says something opposite
Stephen A: Yells even louder his point
Max: Says something that purposely is outrageous to cause Stephen A Smith to yell even louder
Stephen A: Smith goes on a very loud yelling rant

The volume leveling feature on the newest TVs are made to counter the yelling of Stephen A Smith

This act is well liked to a younger, insecure fanbase who actually believes these are non scripted and true opinions of the host

Pretty spot on observations. I really feel like we have a shot this year.

"If there’s one thing I’ve learned about the media voters for MVP, it’s that most of them are looking for simple things to push the narrative. They want a simple stat or a simple highlight to make that decision for them — take a look at Russell Westbrook winning last year because of the whole ‘triple-double’ thing"

Only 3 games behind GS. We get back to our earlier hot form and we're back on top.

He's exposing the ESPN need for attention grabbing stories.

The media jumped the gun on that Los Angeles locker room story — even the always-reliable Adrian Wojnarowski, who clearly got info from the Clippers, butchered the details, and there were few, if any, retractions. There are still fans who believe Paul led an attack on the Clippers locker room through a secret passageway and Clint Capela was a decoy at the door. Several Rockets players, mostly Paul, took an unfair hit to their reputations. He has a right to be untrusting of the media right now.

Loved the observations on Ryno and Gordon.

It's great to see these being posted with more regularity. Thanks Clutch!

I like the last bullet point the best and I hope it were words of encouragement from Tillman to Gerald to keep his head up and to always be ready.
