Not sure who Kühn is but he transfers from Leipzig to Ajax.

    Seems to be a talent.

I used to wonder why Real Madrid would bring in players every summer. They would bring in players to positions that were already strong. Most of the time, they still wouldn't close the gap between them and Barcelona, who in turn would bring in players to already stacked teams as well. Now it makes sense. If you don't improve, you will lose ground. And if you get worse, like Madrid did losing James, Pepe, and Morata, you will get a lot of ground. I didn't realize how much the presence of James pushed Isco and Asensio to perform. How much Pepe meant to the backline. I knew they would miss Morata, though, he scored so many important goals and Benzema has always been inconsistent. They're so bad right now.

Harry Kane is good at center forward. Give him all the monies, Florentino.

Back to Real Madrid... Carvajal played so much better last season. I feel that he was pushed by Danilo. A player that was not yet ready, but whom Real Madrid payed good money for threatened Carvajal. He created so much and was solid on defense.

The 4-4-2 diamond formation that Zidane has gone for has failed. It's not all his fault, though. Ronaldo nor Bale are great at center forward, but there are no other options. Ronaldo is not well. Maybe his newborn is keeping him up at night. Cause he has no more power in his shot. He doesn't even complain to his teammates and officials with the same passion anymore.

There were also rumors of Isco working behind the scenes and threatening to leave if he didn't get a chance to lead the attack and Zidane didn't put forth some sort of facsimile to La Roja's populated midfield. Isco is a lot more style than substance at this point as is Asensio. This formation also opens up space for Marcelo who always had problems getting back on defense, but is now caught out of position all the damn time. Casemiro tries, but he can't cover for him and Carvajal who also has his side open.

Not every great player has succeeded in Madrid.

Kaka, Arjen Robben to name a couple.

Has everyone figured out how to beat City? Press up high!!! Stones has struggled since coming back, man reminds me of his prior mistake prone years. Also never been a fan of Otamendi even though he has been better, had a terrible game against Liverpool. City need to upgrade their defense, hope City management realizes this.

Huge, if true. Can't wait for that unprofessional prick to get out of the Bundesliga. Got suspended by three different coaches within a year.

Now that would be completely out of nowhere. Wonder how much they're paying.

    What we know:

    - Unauthorized trip to Milano between two games
    - Brought a TV crew for an image video to the club area (completely forbidden)
    - Late to practice on regular bases
    - Brought family and friends to the team hotel during camp
    - And the latest: Missed a team meeting on today's game, saying afterwards he forgot it

Nothing is etched in stone. Was reported he ended up in China during the WC.

Gunners were always interested but that is not 100%.

It's just funny that sources are reporting he has agreed to terms with 2, 3 clubs around the same time he has been drinking with friends and not taking part in practice.

    Media is fond of him.

True, but I think it's more serious now, since Dortmund has no other choice than selling his ass after what happened. Everyone knows he missed that meeting on purpose.

he must be a spectacular player if they plan on making him the highest paid arsenal player with those cancerous flaws.

It could very well happen but the Sanchez to Man U or Man City transfer has to bring tons of money.

Offense is not their problem. They shouldn't spend a penny unless it's on defense.
