Damn. Clutchfans even has some African historians in their midst. Quite extraordinary.

I’m flattered but I wouldn’t call myself a historian. Just a guy that has read some books in his time.

Codman, good to see you around. I was hoping you'd show up from time to time.

Yeah, the whole "my friends don't like Harden because he's too ghetto" thing (it was just, I think, Reeko?, sharing what he's heard) seemed grotesque. You'd think Harden arrived at games in a low-rider sporting a gold grill (referring to teeth now, not the car) and wearing Fly Guy clothes ("I titled this poem, 'B**** betta have my money.'")

Outlandish clothes sometimes that few white guys outside of Craig Sager (RIP) would wear? Check. But so what.

Anyway, Harden could never trot out cute sweet lil ole Riley when he was pushing for MVP, right? ("Just take Riley to the press conference, you'll sway the on-the-fence voters, trust me.")

anybody thinking that Harden is ghetto is a fool who needs to have their views questioned

LOS ANGELES - Rockets guard James Harden remains on schedule to return from his strained left hamstring either Thursday against the Timberwolves or Saturday against the Warriors, Rockets coach Mike D'Antoni said. Harden did not practice on Sunday in Los Angeles, but D'Antoni said Harden was able to go through a tough workout on Monday.

"He's doing well and he had a great workout (Monday)," D'Antoni said. "We'll see. I think we're still on track for sometime this week."

The Rockets will not practice on Tuesday but are expected to practice Wednesday in Houston, potentially Harden's first practice with the team since he was hurt Dec. 31. The Rockets went 4-2 without him going into Monday's game against the Clippers.

Good enough for me. I'm not sure how many people care about history much anymore.

So he didn’t practice but still on schedule for this week?! Sounds odd and while I’m sure Harden wants to play, there’s no point even if we win one or two here. We still haven’t understood halfway through the season that we need to be a defense first team.

LOL MDA & the org are obsessed with the schedule in their heads

instead of making sure harden has fully recovered & 100% injury free & ready

I'd say harden needs at least 2-3 "good & hard" workouts & 2-3 practices first

Very odd you would think you would want to see how Hardens hamstring responds before putting him out their

Now that Spurs have shut down Kawhi, Rockets should seriously reconsider playing Harden so early. What's the rush, now?

Too soon. Don't they realize their playoff hopes are hanging on a 'string? Rest him up.
