    But is a new-look Capela enough to help Harden and Paul topple the Warriors? “We have to keep the advantage on them, by leading the Western Conference,” Capela says. “It’s going to be key for us to have home-court advantage in the playoffs. To go over there [to Oakland] is obviously hard. That advantage is going to be key for us.”


    Yeah, but will you beat them? “I expect to beat them,” Capela says. If their confidence stays this high, Capela may not be the only voice in Houston who believes that.

    Omgwtfbbq whats wrong with Kanter family loyalty etc after being treated like thrash.

    Capela’s statement is harder to get upset about, since he actually plays for the team he’s talking for.

    Watch the media blow this out of proportion. Why do reporter ask this question like they expect a competitor to verbally concede victory to an opponent?

    After starting the year off poorly he's over 35% from 3 at home right now.

    Last 4 home games his threes are 0-4, 2-3 (good), 1-5, 1-4

    I guess he's been helped by a stretch before that where he was 5-9, 3-7, 4-7

    Cause the games before that he was 2-6, 2-6, 1-5, 2-4 (good one), 2-9, 1-4, 1-4

    That's his 14 home games. Which means he's been bad from three in 9 of 14 home games. Under 33% in all of them and under 30% in 7 of them.

    By comparison, he is over 37% in 8 of 13 away games.

    Home-away still seems to be an issue for him, whether over the course of the season or just the most recent set of games

    Curry is shooting worse = 30% at home.

    I think you're on to something by letting GSW have home court, since Curry sucks at home....even worse than Ryan did last year (33%) ... amirite

    ... or do Home stats mean nothing wrt to GSW's elite shooters ... only ours?

    If Curry can't shoot at home, then by all means, let them get home court advantage.

    Kill two birds with one stone. Ryno gets away games and Curry gets home games!!

    ... or are you arguing that now 1.3 seasons into this that there isn't something real about Ryno's home-away split?? Cause that's where I generally was until this year. Sometimes strange things like that happen. But it's still happening...
