Ernie - the rockets are leading the jazz 72-59 after the half. What do you guys think?

Chuck - look enrah we know the rockets are good in the regular season but they just have no shot in the playoffs. You can’t beat the warriors by out scoring them, no way no how.

Shaq - yeah when it comes playoffs time they don’t have the inside presence to compete, capela is good but he just isn’t physical enough.

Kenny - you know I’m really surprised by the fight his Utah team is showing with a slow and recovering gobert. This isn’t the real jazz team, they can scare some teams in the playoffs if their healthy.

Ernie - alright let’s check out these Ben Simmons highlights from the first game

Their analysis is usually offbase. Especially considering we are top 5 in defense now but remember that shaq said we have a shot at the title this year

Chuck Barkley: "The Rockets are playing well and proving why they're the best team in basketball. Mr. Alexander deserves unending praise for what he built."

Kinny Smith: "This squad is beginning to remind me of our championship season in 1994."

Shaquille Oneal: "Actually, Kinny, they kind of remind me of the '95 team that beat my Magic. I remember after beating Jordan's Bulls in the semifinals, I thought for sure we were getting those rings, but the Rockets swept us. By the way, fellas -Many people think Jordan was rusty or didn't even play in 1995. But he did and had, individually, one of the greatest playoff runs of his career. The stats bear that out. He played more minutes, averaged more points, rebounds, and steals than he would the following two years in the playoffs. So, in summation, we beat a very prime Michael Jordan in the 1995 playoffs then got throttled in four games by Hakeem and the Rockets."

Reggie Theus: "I like the additions of Tucker and Moute."

They lost all credibility to me when they brought Dwight Howard on the show and acted like James harden was slowing down Dwight. I was convinced they don't watch the games at that moment.

No doubt. Their analysis is always pretty dumb. Also not sure that barkley understands the difference between how many points a team gives up in a game or how many points per possession a team gives up.

Fast paced basketball creates more posessions in a game so its ridiculous when I hear dumbos like barkley say “they scored 130 but they gave up 115, they suck on defense!”

Do they expect us to be beating teams 130-60? Lol

I know they don't watch the games. Their "analysis" has literally zero substance, that's why nobody should care what these clowns say. They are completely irrelevant.

They are very predictable when it comes to the Rockets. First, they change the subject and talk about something else or they will talk about the flaws in the Rocket's game and how they have no chance in the playoffs. This is so easy to predict. Kenny and Charles have a vendetta against the Rockets that has gone on for years. I would like to see the Rockets win the NBA championship just to send them into a month long depression. It would be like CNN after the Trump election. They are still in denial.

Only way that happens is if it ends with this:

Ernie: And now a word from our sponsor, Golden Nugget Casinos and Landry's Restaurants

Denial would be a rational coping mechanism after you realize a man with no dicernable skill sets and doesn't even understand the difference between life and health insurance is managing the world's largest bureaucracy and commanding the world's largest military.
