No one knows that is why she killed herself.

Nothing wrong with what she said.

If someone is already facing depression, small things like online bullying can push that person over the edge.

Its time for this 'gentle' generation to grow a ****ing backbone and not worry about outside noise. If she indeed committed suicide for the "bullying' on social media, get ****ing real! Why would you allow that noise to effect you. This just screams; too much dependence on strangers 'likes' and 'comments'. Its too fragile of a generation. The world is doomed with all these mental midgets.

Im sorry for her loss, as she was a beautiful human being, but she was flawed in more ways than one.

Yeah thread title was misleading. Carl Herrera would be disappointed

It's her job to sleep around and she can pick whomever she wants.
It's not she dissed some dude at the club.

There could be many reasons why she killed herself. It's not like p*rn stars are committing suicide left and right.

I wouldn't make too many assumptions of this one particular person.
But your take on the current generation of social media loving people is accurate .

I was about to post this on the PG 13 thread. Not sure if Clutch wants p*rn google linkbacks coming here.

    But anyway...

Sad story. Girl raised her opinion on not wanting to work with gay pornstars and got raided on twitter from gay ppl / pornstars / etc.

    She hung herself.

Today is actually a really sensitive day. As some know on here, I've known multiple ppl in the p*rn limelight from just meeting one and etc growing friendships. One of my really good friends for the last 10 years did p*rn and she committed suicide last year. Today is her bday (29 years old), so I logged on FB to see some comments ppl were posting and things we use to talk about back in the days.

Depression is tough to understand. I can say a million things about her situation that I never saw coming and I donno what to say. Didn't mean to drift the story on another subject. Be nice to others.

A lot actually do. I mean think of the hate they receive from past friends etc. The lifestyle and all that. One day it hits them and **** goes one direction. Some are super sensitive. Not saying this is how you live life and whatever but I just feel most are depressed or do it for a reason.

p*rn seems to be like Pro Wrestling . . . . some short life spans/hard living.
Sure not everyone has the issue but enough of them do to be a concern IMO

People used to download her movies onto my laptop and put them on and I happen to accidentally glance at some from time to time.

She seemed like a nice looking girl. A bit like the girl from How I Met Your Mother who was also in the Avengers. Pretty good actress, nothing overly dramatic or overacted

I think it can go both directions. One, as you mention, people shouldn't be too caught up in what others are posting but also; two, people doing the posting need to stop treating the electronic buffer as a right-away to post overly aggressive things to just get a rise out of someone, ie, trolling. The majority of things some of these people post would not be said to someone's face.

This girl definitely had emotional issues though to take something like this so far.

No doubt, but ever since the beginning of time people have always had something bad to say about other people. Thats never going to change. Its been the easiest coping mechanism for whatever theyre going through themselves and now they just have a medium to say it directly to a person without consequences to effect them.

The fact that people they dont know or should care about. let them dictate how they feel emotionally is so damn weak to me. Especially something as so arbitrary as having to defend yourself from the nay-sayers of how/what you do with your own body. "Go **** yourself" is my all time favorite brush'em off saying. Everybody should use it.

Probably easier to do if you're not dealing with depression, otherwise.

Of course, thats why I said she was flawed in more ways than one. Not saying depression is a flaw but it can be a hindrance that can become a flaw. She was one of the more known stars out there. If she could have, she should have, gotten away from the industry for a little bit. I dont know what her contract entailed but Im sure she had some say as she was pretty popular.

I don't think you truly understand depression, judging by your comments. This isn't something one can easily battle by "growing a f*****ing backbone" and people who actively battle it still often suffer from it til the end.

I however do agree that the industry and social media were probably toxic for her, bad life decisions sadly.
