Lebron could win it ever year. Lol at the only one running with Lebron being Kyle "fu***" Korver. Once Isiah Thomas returns, the offensive balance will be back for Cleveland and Lebron won't need to put up astronomical numbers to beat teams from the LEast. And two years in a row the critics are still going to say that the system is what makes Harden get his numbers. Don't remember that being an excuse when Steve Nash won the MVP in Phoenix.
2015: Wins over Stats!!!! 2017: Stats over Wins!!!! 2018: Harden sux in da playoffs!!! u can't win mvp for that!!! (ignore that we just gave MVP to a guy who blew a 3-1 lead the season prior)
So when Harden averaged 29/7/7 under McHale with Corey Brewer standing the corner for 25 minutes a game, were his stats inflated?
Kellerman is the definition of ultimate jackass. This herpes infected looking scum has been hating on harden since day one and the **** he says never makes any sense. Harden has been putting up insane #s for 2.5 seasons and Lebitch plays a few good games on a 13 game win streak still shittier record than the Rockets out in the peasy easy eastern conference gets the mvp.. Regular season MVP is complete garbage based on the inconsistencies of how mvp gets nominated in the past few years. F*ck that. Harden is going for that Finals MVP!!
It angers me when these 'experts' are all like "Ohhh it's Dantoni' As if Harden didn't take a Kevin McHale team to the WCF while being an MVP candidate/should have won surrounded by a bunch of nobodies except Dwight Howard, who has shown himself incapable to co-exhist with any other superstar on a successful team except for James Harden. I just want someone to bring that up ONCE, thats all i want just ONE TIME, mention that in the debate Dantoni didn't do wonders for Melo and some others. It takes a great player to actually follow through on a coaches system in and of itself- he should be given props for that too
I know people always say this, but Lebron has not had better numbers than guys like Steph, Russ, and Harden over the past few years - and frankly has not won as much during the regular season while in the East). Lebron is always in the conversation for sure, but I dont think you can legitimately argue him over some of these other guys.
According to @RocketsTruth, we gon' kick LerBon's ass in the finals this year (unless OKC makes it). Any update on that?
Kellerman made the exact same argument last year. Harden's stats are inflated because of D'Antoni's system. And LeBron is the MVP every year. That's really all it boils down to it for him. At least Kellerman is backed up by LeBron and the Cavs actually playing well this season. Last year, he put up good numbers, but Cleveland was frankly a joke in the 2nd half of the year playing literally .500 ball and being one of the worst defensive teams in the NBA. The problem is Kellerman is still acting as if Harden's performance is somehow disqualified because he plays for a brilliant offensive coach. By that rationale, shouldn't Kawhi be banned from ever winning MVP because he plays for arguably the best coach in the league who's instituted a system in San Antonio that can seemingly incorporate any player without losing too much ground?
i hope this is adding fuel to the fire, gotta dominate for the next two months and show them we're the next GSW.
