Might as well shut down Fuller, Hopkins, and Clowney as well. The Texans punted the season away by deciding to go with Savage instead of someone like Kaepernick.

The season was punted away when Mercilus, Watt, and Watson went down. You are absolutely insane if you think that ANY available QB could have made a difference let alone your boy Vince Young....I mean Kaepernick.

There's really no point in bringing in a more expensive scrub QB with baggage in a lost season. Well, no football reason anyway.

And he could probably use some more Cheesecake Factory money....

It's time to bring in the savior.

Savage gonna play himself out of the league. Honestly if I were him, I would get "hurt" and leave a little bit of unknown left for my next team/contract because if he's allowed to finish the season there won't be a next team/contract.

Oh, he's a big Cheesecake Factory guy, back when he had money there were seasons where he spent 5k a week there for the entirety of the season.

I think that scenario went out the window last week when he looked overmatched against the Colts of all teams. Had he gotten "hurt" at halftime of the Jags game, maybe he could catch on with another team next year, but I don't see any way he gets a roster spot next year anywhere.

4 years in the BOB system and Savage playing like a rookie while Watson comes in as a rookie and shines. Does O'brien know how to evaluate his Qbs?

Unfortunately, the media circus is what did Kaep in. That and the NFL lawsuit lol

We need to move into the second, draft a tackle. Get a QB in the third. The Pats routinely did it and have traded QB’s away.

Oh this is in the game thread. Savage is dumpster juice

Considering we signed Fitz/Hoyer, gave Brock all that money, then used 2 firsts on Watson, I think he knew Savage was not the answer.
