Lol, Brown is just with the team cause he's James and Trevor buddy, which is something i don't feel it's right but whatever...they did cut him last season when they reached a deal with D.Mo if you remember though, which means that they will do it again if there's a good enough reason to do it.

Canaan will actually produce more points than Anderson and Ariza on most nights

I always liked him, not sure why, but he should be O.K. Nice to have people who want to be here. Not a consistent shooter, but can get hot. He has good size and should be good at defense with the right coaching.

New DFS target when I go scrubs and studs strategy.

I see him being able to contribute considering his familiarity with this system under mda and players. Likely will get the trust demitrius isn't.

I can see him actually getting 15-18 minutes for a couple games.

Not really. What I find humorous is, to me, it's pretty much a given that GMs use reporters like Woj to leak info of trades for them...as well as agents, players, etc, might leak,,,although, sometimes it's probably truly just sources without ulterior motives to leak for bball reasons, but quid pro quo for biz reasons (like I'll tell you this, if you promote my player/team), or truly no motives at all ... just overheard something they shouldn't have, want to share

So, to the specific point of GMs leaking info (and lesser, agents), I like to think Woj got boycotted to an extent because a lot of GMs hate ESPN news arrogance, and Shams immediately became the recipient of filling the vacuum of objectivity in Woj TheVertical sourcing. That's just a theory. But I like it.

Probably some truth to that theory.

I’m a big Canaan fan. Loved when we drafted him. Didn’t want to see him go.

He’s not a great or really good player, but I’m rooting for him. I just like the way he works and approaches the game.

Canaan: "Me & Chris Paul have a good relationship & James (Harden),Trevor (Ariza) as well.Never lost those relationships""

Canaan studying the Bobby Brown playbook. I see you!

great pickup. canaan is an explosive guard who can shoot from distance, make plays off the dribble, and bring that chip-on-the-shoulder tenacity. I always felt we could have utilized more of his skillset when here cuz the dude has the handle, quickness, & shooting, despite being a lil undersized. and the swag ... haha. I remember him going at wiggins i think in the summer league

Sounds like Mike Anthony promised Canaan all of Jackson's minutes.

Thank you Jebus! The crunch time lineup is supposed to be CP3 at PG, Gordon at SG, Harden at SF, and Ariza at PF. There's not enough ball handling or shooting if you swap CP3 with Tucker or Mbah a Moute.
