Held GSW to 39% shooting, and 17 turnovers to only 20 assists

The most surprising thing was: Mike Conley only had 10 points.

The only way I can see to beat the warriors is to punish their bench and be able to play half court basketball. The grizzlies always give them fits because Marc ain't no punk.

And get at least one of the stars off the court.

Rudy Gay is no longer on the Grizzlies. What's wrong with ignoring them now.

I don't even think you need to do that. They have 4 stars. But their biggest weakness is guarding the paint. If their bench fails them, you can wear them out.
The grizzlies are using a strategy that was similar to Hubie Browns: in that they are playing like 10 guys, and the grizzlies have: Parsons, Chalmers, Brandon Wright, Tyreke and Dillon Brooks coming off the bench. And we still have: Wayne Selen (hurt), Jam Green (hurt) and Ben Mac (hurt) yet to play.
The grizzlies strength this year is versatility and Mike and Marc's patented (best in the game) high pick and roll.
What I hope is that the young guys will drive the grizzlies to more regular season wins, now that our lifers (Tony, Zbo and Vince) are no longer with the team. They were great but they didn't always play hard throughout the year because they didn't care.
A lot of our young guys DO care.

No, We're not gonna ignore the fact that the Griz beat GS. Just remember that the Griz did it in Memphis , while we did it at GS,

Should be an interesting early season matchup on Monday between the Rockets and Grizz. They play each other a bunch within the first couple months.

The Rockets have never defeated Golden State in Memphis. I doubt that they ever will.

If the playoffs started tomorrow, the Warriors would be watching from home.

I love this team and I don't understand how some even thought they wouldn't even make the play-offs. Gasol is still the best center in the NBA and boy did he show it tonight with those moves. Chalmers actually looked decent on defense, didn't know he had that in him, but maybe it's infectious. The Grizzlies' identity and style is still defense first and that's why I will never count them out. They will finish top 6 if they keep playing this and stay healthy.

The Grizz always have been solid but now that they lost Randolph and T. Allen, I doubt they can keep this up all season.

They probably going on a losing streak at the end like last season.

I doubt that GSW is going to stay behind Memphis.
