That was such a big balls play.

If he doesn't make a perfect throw, that run scores, we don't record an out, and it has the potential to become an avalanche.

Seriously... The throw was in the absolute perfect spot. It takes major balls to do that.

    Unreal fielding.

How about McCann too? Holding on with that bag of dicks trying to kick his hand?

Stellar defense tonight. That double from Correa with the spin move. The George springer catches. Altuve getting everything. Marwin down the sideline taking the wall for a ride. Reddick. The whole series really put those gloves on display instead of their bats. Hopefully next series plays a little more to their strength.

McCann holding onto the ball while his forearm and glove hand were being shred by a spike, priceless. Great throw!

It was a sign. Then Altuve hit a HR which was another sign - that this is our year.

Was going to say the same thing. Big. Balls. The throw could not have been anymore perfect.

The Play! I agree if that play isn't made it could have gotten ugly and not only that play he was nails the whole series.

Great play -- and glad McCann's wrist wasn't injured.

Bregman mentioned the similar situation from a couple weeks ago. He attempted the DP instead of going home. The team told him, "next time, go home." Alex listened.

HOUSTON – Eight days before the end of baseball’s regular season, the Houston Astros’ third baseman, Alex Bregman, fielded a one-hop chopper. With runners on first and third, Bregman immediately pivoted toward second base. He wanted to start a double play. The Astros did not complete it, and the runner from third scored. When Bregman returned to the dugout at the end of the inning, he explained the rationale to his manager, A.J. Hinch, and the Astros’ bench coach, Alex Cora. They nodded. Then Hinch offered a nugget of managerial wisdom.

“In the playoffs, you’d better throw that [expletive] ball home,” Hinch said. “We preserve runs in the playoffs.”
