Going to give this a shot where members can play NFL Survivor directly on the site.

    http://bbs.clutchfans.net/index.php?survivor/

It's free and should be fun. Simply "Join Pool" and make your pick. It's easy.

    What is NFL Survivor?
You may know it as Elimination or Knockout. All you have to do is "survive" each week by picking a winner. You pick one team that will win their game that week. If they win, you move on to the next week.

    So the concept is simple:
    1. Select an NFL team each week that you believe will win their game.
    2. If that team loses, you're knocked out. If they win, you move on to the following week.
    3. The last surviving member wins the game.

Cool. I got Denver this week. No way Eli wins in Mile High w/ no receivers. See you guys next week.

    This is fun.

This particular pool, I believe, will close with the start of tonight's game. So those who join can play until the end of the season in this pool. We can start another game for others, if the demand is there, that starts with Week 7.

Lol nice! Only other game I thought of was Falcons/Dolphins. Falcons should run circles around them with Julio back in the lineup.

Not giving out picks anymore ;)

I'm kind of iffy on that Falcons/Dolphins match up myself. Not enough people have witnessed the truly incredible resurgence of Jay Cutler's career in Miami. Matty Ice better watch out.

In all seriousness, I'm getting nervous about the possibility of me calling my shot and losing the first week. I would feel just silly. Good luck to you, sir.

I thought the rule was you could not pick the same team more than once. For example, if you pick the Texans to beat the Browns and they do, you cannot pick the Texans again.

This format sounds great, can we do a similar concept for NBA and soccer?
NBA implementation could be difficult because of the irregular schedules though, but would definitely work for playoffs.

I think what happens is the week where there is a huge upset is the week that knocks everyone out. Or maybe so it where you can only pick a team once every three weeks. So if you pick the pats this week you can't pick them again for 2 more weeks

Jets had me worried for a minute, but refs came through in clutch.

    Patriots 24 - Jets 17 - Refs 7
