Came across an article talking about NBA teams no longer going to Trump hotels and noticed the Rockets listed among the teams that no longer go. I haven't seen any forms of protest large or small from the team or the players. Has there been more I just missed? Do you think they should be more vocal? Is this the classiest way to handle it? What do you think?

Sad. Love the team, but it's gonna be hard to support them if they start with this protesting crap.

To answer OP question, yes it okay to spend one’s money were one is comfortable. If one doesn’t like something or someone don’t support. Freedom of speech —> just because you can doesn’t mean you should. None support is the strongest thing one can do. Actions hurt a lot more than words ever will. Do, don’t say. Look at the massage sent That is a lot of lost revenue over the years by large groups of heavy travelers.

well, if you're really believe in your beliefs and back it up. Don't buy/watch/support anything that is against your beliefs. STAND FOR SOMETHING OR YOU'LL FALL FOR ANYTHING. Don't be this wishy-washy person who talks crap about other people and their beliefs and their RIGHTS.

Man-the-****-up and if something is offending you then stop supporting it. Don't tell us you're not going to support them or "cancel your season tickets" We don't care.

What were they supposed do? If they keep going and media single them out as the only team still going. There are so many hotels out there, it's not worth the trouble unless they want to send a strong political message that they are with the President and not with other teams.

I wonder if Patrick Fertitta and his older brother Michael are behind this boycotting of the competition's hotels.

Brilliant, if so! They keep it lowkey and the family name out of it.

If this affects your opinion of the Rockets then you weren't much of a fan to begin with
