Noone will care for any Zhou or Qi, as we all will be busy and drunk celebrating the championship.

Zhou is a basketball player. NBA or International is the question. I think he'll be a nice surprise. The Rockets develop players pretty well. Can't think of a bad young player we've had that went on to be any better than he was here.

I really hope by the end of the season he gets worked into the rotation. Even if its like how harold was for us last season.

No matter how new you are, having a 7'2 guy in the paint alone is enough to bother most teams defense. Aka when we had asik.

He'll be viewed as an unknown commodity... since he wont break MDA's rotation...

...that is if he isn't traded in a package for a trade deadline deal...

Similar to Boban with the Spurs, I think. Not a regular rotation player, but someone who turns heads when his number is called. Part of me would love to see him develop long-term, but I think his greatest value to us might ultimately be as a sweetener in a trade for a proven commodity.

if he's promising like Dekker, he'll end up being a trade piece. The only chance he's not traded is if he sucks or he's a true star.

Wiltjer is a better shooter, Zhou has better overall skills, with rim protection being his best attribute.

He will be the reason for NOT paying Capela... His height and skill set will make Capela tradable asset. His ability to shoot the three make him an offense threat the Capela will never be. I’m hoping against hope that his development happens quickly so we can play him on a lesser than contract that he’s already signed. If all goes well for him,he will be viewed as the best economical answer at the center position going forward. Plus bring revenue in from China and maybe an all star birth, too. IF every thing falls into place. One can dream.

His play makes us able to move Capela which makes moving Anderson possible freeing up the cap space to sign LaBron. Bring the banna boat to China thus saving the world as we know it and bring multiple championship to Houston. This kid has a lot of work to do.

How will he be viewed by the end of the season? Let me talk to my psychic and get back to you. The correct option should be:

    - Who the F knows? Why the hell am I asking such a ludicrous question??

I like how he is so long and has relatively quick lateral quickness. He can somewhat disrupt shots from the perimeter without fouling he's so dang tall. He doesn't even have to jump

The guy has skills, but he is nowhere close to being ready yet. He'll play a lot in the G-League, but he won't dominate it. He's still a few years away but he could be good in 2-3 years.
