Truly zero argument that Davis, Giannis, Butler, or Towns are better than Harden right now.

Is this a joke? I'm sure alot of us have seen some things in the NBA but there are only a few players in this league that I am sure any of us can honestly say if they are on the team will guarantee a playoff birth. Lebron KD harden and possibly westbrook. James Harden took a bunch of scrubs to the third seed and to the second round of the playoffs. Ryan Anderson and Eric gordon couldn't help Anthony Davis. Throw James Harden on any team and they are guaranteed to make the playoffs heck even with the Knicks in the weak east. There is something about a player who not only is the most unstoppable offensive player but someone who literally makes everyone else around him better. With the ball in his hands he looked to pass to players at their sweet spots and set up the offense. He makes life easier for everyone on the court. That is what makes him deadlier than guys like Curry, Westbrook and Kawhi. He is not someone who looks to score first and then pass like Tmac, Francis and Westbrook. There is a reason why alot of announcers were praising Harden when he took over point duties when Westbrook went down in OkC. The offense just ran so smoothe with him. It's just on Morey to get him the players needed to win it all and Chris Paul is a great first step.

Penny is right. He is not a marketable Super star at least, off the court.

Very likely not talking about the star player Kawhi on the court.

Kawhi's personality may hurt his ability to form relationships/recruit other superstar players.

Clearly, that is why Kyrie said he doesn't want a trade with the Spurs.

    Oh wait.

Some players want to play w outgoing and outspoken people like Parsons, Green etc.

Some would rather play with the Leonard, Duncan, Dirk types who let their game be their recruiting tool.

James Harden also has no interest in being the face of the league. He much prefers being the buttocks of the league.
