Brooklyn's is really bad too. It's just plain black with no trim with the BKLYN text. That's a really half assed effort by the designers. Brooklyn need to start branding the team with alternate options, etc. Black and white is just so boring. At least the spurs have black grey and white and can mess with the 3 colours to make different alternates. I also agree that The j*zz Jersey looks like j*zz. It's aweful. Not a fan of Spurs and Cavs jerseys either. Both look like practice jerseys.
BKLYN looks really stupid. Why not just BKN? The Nuggets one is great with the skyline. GSW I have no clue what Town is supposed to mean and also that tree looks like sth from GOT. Clippers and Minny look like practice jerseys. Portland looks great and Jazz looks like the colour of urine.
What is the difference from the Adidas variety? There's only so many ways you can make sports wear for the most elite athletes in the world. Unless Adidas had proprietary rights to material combinations there should be no difference.
Nike NBA smart jerseys to allow fans to connect to highlights, unlock exclusive offers A jersey isn't just a jersey anymore. In taking over the NBA apparel deal, Nike announced on Friday that scanning the jersey's "jock tag" with a phone will offer the most recent highlights of that specific player and their team. Doing it on game day will unlock offers specific to that player or team, including limited shoe releases. "We know what we can do -- make amazing gear," said Stefan Olander, Nike's vice president of digital innovation. "But we wanted to do something more and we know the passion that consumers have for these players and their teams." The new system, called NikeConnect, is part of both the Swingman jersey and the authentic jerseys that will be available for fans to purchase for $110 and $200, respectively, on Sept. 29. In order to connect, fans with an iPhone 7 and Android device with NFC capability have to download the app and connect it to a NikePlus account, which identifies who they are. Fans can then scan in at any time. The app counts down until the team's next tipoff, updates that specific player's stats within a game if it's in progress and refreshes new highlights 30 minutes after a game's end. Fans who bought a specific player's jersey will also find that when they scan in, they have a "boost" code which makes that player better when they play the NBA2K18 video game. It's content rights that were included as part of Nike's eight-year deal, worth approximately $1 billion, begin this upcoming season. The connect idea gives Nike more information than they've ever had before on any product. They will now know who bought what player's jersey, where they live and where they scan in from. "We could tell LeBron how many fans of his checked in from Beijing," Olander said. "If you look at this as a new gateway to a connection with a consumer, you could just imagine where this goes." Olander also said that the direct-to-fan platform can serve the players as well -- if they want to send a message just to fans who bought their jersey, instead of mass blasting something on social media.

so...you give them information about who you are, where you live, which player you like in exchange for what? highlights? and 30 mins after the game? LOL You can get highlights even before the game has finished for free.
The spacing on these jerseys is amateurism at its best. How people can like some of these is beyond me, there's a handful that are proportionate, don't have too much going on and look good. I'm not a designer, but I am positive I can do a much better job which more people will like.
The Minnesota jersey is so bad. Forget the neon green for a sec, just the "design elements" are bad. What is with that "bar?" The Ad Patches are terrible. They tarnish the design of the jerseys. The league is flush with cash and they just junk up the jersey like that. Terrible. Find another revenue stream. Have some restraint.
Complete trash across the board. Either terrible spacing, or bad lettering, or weird colors. Half of them are exact copies of previous jerseys unchanged. The rest is every team's ugly attempt at a black jersey.
