[Official] Texans Off Season Thread

Heard similar about a week ago. Brown doesn't want to play here.

If that's the case, he should've let it be known during the offseason when there was more opportunity to accommodate him. Unless, he's saying it now since he's not getting his way.

Been asking it on here all week

 

Look John, we like the guys we have. Those guys are good players and Houston should be proud to have them. They go out there and try to get better every day. You know, we run a complicated system and these guys have been working on it all offseason. You can't just bring a guy in off the street and expect him to contribute. We really like what we have in Evan, we think he's going to be a good football player.

 

This makes me want to throw up.

Cut Cushing and use the gifted cap space to sign Duane Brown.

 

Well after he compared both Savage and Watson to Andy Dufresne, the writing was pretty much on the wall

Do we actually get that space though? I mean, he was our player and was cheating to get an edge. Does the money go to the NFL or to the team?

the space is not the problem for signing brown, he is already signed
