Hopefully the season isnt bad to the point where we would need to get a new coach.

Still hoping we can put together one of those 9-7 seasons ;)

Whatever "the bar" is, we aint reachin it this season no matter what lol.

No change that we can make that would make this team go 13-3

That's a Billy O quote. "9-7 is not the bar". Yet that's what he's accomplished.

We can make the playoffs + 1st round exit with 9-7.

It will be a good time for him to get out if we have a bad season. He would have the chance to start over with another team that has their 1st and 2nd round picks

Well as always the list will start with only the coaches who are willing to work with Rick Smith.

A new coach will need a long leash.

Not much talent on offense and no high draft picks

Jim Bob Cooter has done a good job with Stafford. Maybe he is a real qb whisperer.

The McNair/Smith/McNair love triangle will remain regardless of the coach so we really can only hope Deshaun Watson is the next coming of Randall Cunningham and Donovan Mcnabb with the decision making of Tom Brady and the feel of Peyton Manning.

The important question is "who is the offensive coordinator". The defense knows how to play. They need someone to do something with the offense.

They should actually do their due diligence.

That means actually interviewing multiple people and thinking long and hard about who is the best for the job

    OBrien was pre selected
