Good. I'm not a fan of all those stadium deals. All those rosy economic projections in order to justify the taxpayer spending rarely ever becomes reality.

Not to mention it's hard to justify these arena deals considering what these franchises are worth. If teams are reaching values of 2 billion dollars, then 140 million on renovations is like spending 14 thousand dollars on renovations for your 200 thousand dollar business. It really shouldn't be that big of a burden.

could be a lot of sellers on the market soon. globally, for whatever reason the trend was overpaying for broadcast rights which a lot of the major sports and competitions benefited from. now everything has calmed down and broadcasters have their internet platforms established and understood... the next lot of broadcast deals are expected to decrease sharply.

Cleveland taxpayers have many other concerns that their tax dollars should be spent towards

Damn dude. That's a cool video. The song is catchy too.

Is there a hasty made Houston tourism video?

The TNT version is not as popular. Only 500k view compared to 9 million view of Cleveland

Just watch a Slim Thug music video, or some other booshie ass Houston rapper video.

Those are the very definition of hastily made Houston tourism videos
