Lol that year he still had the same weaknesses magnified. He had outright terrible games for a super star. The 12 TO win or go home game against GSW and being benched during our comeback against LAC which was also win or go home. I agree he needs help but every player I listed above him has accomplished more than he has so far in his career.

you mean his weakness of running out of gas against vastly superior multi-starred teams after single handedly carrying a team thru the whole season? during that year, how many minutes per game was harden playing during the reg season and the playoffs? what top N played was howard compared to cp3, blake, and dj?
I can understand the argument for Kawhi because he's a two-way player, but Curry ahead of Harden? Yes, he's perhaps the best shooter on the planet. However outside of scoring, he doesn't do anything particularly well.

Bro.. in all my posts in this thread I've said Harden hasn't had help. However, if you watch his game he clearly has flaws. He's not athletic as LeBron and Russ, and doesn't have the super elite shot making ability as KD and Curry. Like I keep saying he doesn't have a game breaking ability like the top 5 guys. His game all based on skill, trickery, and BBIQ. If he was a top 5 shooter, or top 5 athletically he'd be top 3 but he doesn't have those skills. He's a top 3 FT guy, but that skill is dampened in the playoffs. It is what it is. Kawhi carries a team too and his shooting percentages don't fall as dramatically as Harden in the playoffs. Until he gets a go-to elite shot he'll never be a top 3 guy. I love his step back but it's not reliable enough.
