    I got blasted in the GARM for saying he's not ready for the NBA. But all of us who were there saw he was completely raw.
    Yet somehow newbs believe some youtube mix which was edited.

    Oh by the way, I saw JERRY LIN there too and YI JANLIAN. I didn't bother saying anything to either of them.
    I said what up to Sam Cassell instead.

    Is @migos going to call the entire Clutchfans section at NBA Summer league liars?

    He should be banned for insulting Clutchfans and the Houston Rockets.

    I still can't believe he asked why a Rockets player in summer league is jacking up a bunch of 3 pointers.

    That's almost as bad as saying Jeremy Lin is better than Patrick Beverly.

    only because @mig0s

    This would be an honest discussion between real rockets fans like the parsons grizz thread or the bev clippers thread without the LOFs

    You look pretty sturdy, maybe you can fight

    When someone says:

    Lin > Isiah Thomas + Patrick Beverly
    and joins 2 Lakers boards and 1 Hornets board while still on Clutchfans
    and explains as he's a Nets fan who's looking for new teams to root for cause the Nets left New Jersey

    you can't take anything that person says seriously

    Airemy fans have been hating on IT ever since he pretty much called their hero a scrub.

    Beverley and Lin are definitely different animals...great on-ball D, solid 3pt shooter, tenacious. Lin is much better playmaker, pushes the pace, gets into the paint, etc. So I'll disagree that "literally every single coach in the NBA would take Bev before Lin"...depends on the make-up of the team, the system being run, etc.

    I will say that I was surprised at the comments by Rockets fans on the threads about Bev when he was traded to the Clippers. Thought I'd read more people say how he will spread his wings and prove to be a great playmaker for the Clippers...but instead, there were tons of "Love Bev, but he is what he is and is in for a rude awakening if he thinks he's going to flourish as the primary playmaker for the Clippers". I am a Beverley fan, but I do agree with these posts that he's better as a 3-and-D PG playing along side a star SG than he will be as a featured-PG.

    Btw - had a chance to visit the Basketball HOF today. Got goosebumps when I saw Yao's picture on the Ring of Honor. Is there a way to upload/post photos on this forum? I also took pics of Hakeem on the Ring...

    Hornets definitely wanted Lin, but as a backup to Kemba instead of as a starter, so that didn't fit with what Lin was looking for. Pelicans pursued Lin, but he chose the Nets to play for Atkinson. There were also rumors about interest from Indiana and Chicago, but unconfirmed...

    No sir, that was not what Lin was looking for. Accepting a backup role for a better team. No thanks he said.

    What was he looking for?

    An opportunity to play for the worst team in the league just so he could have a chance to start. He doesnt care about winning. Its all about personal glory for that loser. He still hadnt recovered from getting demoted by Beverley and Jordan Clarkson.

    Everyone trying to run away from the Nets. Airemy running to the Nets.

    There is your answer as to why Beverley has more interest around the league and why Beverley was in a trade that got us CP3 while we had to waste a pick just to get Airemy's ass outta here.

    Beverley = Winner.

    Airemy = Loser.

    lol...unconfirmed rumors.

    More like wishful thinking of folks at LOF forums which is his permanent home base.

    They are hoping for Bulls, Indiana etc etc...

    Instead., their own Hero decides to run to the Nets.

    Don't know, but most of the talk about the Pelicans was focused on pairing Lin and Anthony Davis in the PnR, so I assume yes. The talk around the Bulls was about how they would replace Derrick Rose, but then obviously they signed Rondo and were set. I don't remember the specifics around Indiana other than their PG situation being unsettled and that Lin would be a good fit.

    it looks like all talk and rumors

    they didn't really officially make an offer to Lin, because if they did, any competitive, confident, and mentally strong bball player who wants to win would have jumped on any of those over playing in NJ with BLopez
