Now you're just being provocative. Pepperoni, despite its inherent trashiness, is the only topping that transforms a pizza into something else. Must be the grease and nitrates, but you don't get that distinct taste of a NY style pepperoni pizza with a supreme or sausage pizza. I guess anchovies too, but I'd rather eat from a dumpster than put on anchovies.
