Apparently this was submitted to the league, but refused by Stern. Below is the old logo for comparison. I think the dark colors and the roundel make it way better and in my opinion their best logo in history. The current one is still cartoony. The unused one and original of the logo below starting in 93-94 had the darker colours making the gold more prominent. I really think with the way the current logos are all going towards the roundel look, so would be awesome if they could do something like this. The baby blue in particular is ugly.

Would be nice if the rockets switched it up for once. Sick and tired of looking at those ugly ass main jerseys.

Top one looks like doodoo. Most blurred, bland color combinations ever. At the very least you can see the light blue and gold.

Still, I think they should go Bronco colors.

The roundel Denver Nuggets logo looks very nice and clean. But what struck me is the color scheme. Looks like the Cleveland Cavs.
The Nuggets do use those Axes in their secondary logo I think on the court.

That rounded version was definitely ahead of its time (although I'm not a big fan of that color scheme). Stern had no ****ing clue about design.

It's just their 90s color scheme it looks like. Not sure why Stern would "basketball reasons" them.

Rejected because that was the Astros' branding in the 00's. [IMG]

I'm almost certain that is the logo they have at center court (different color scheme) and they sell stuff with that logo all over the place

Like the colors and the blends, hate the axes. Overall it's easier on the eyes, but I feel like I've seen it somewhere before. Denver has pretty much always sucked in it's color schemes and logos. All that said, the retro breakout look would probably sell now.
